1.
Exile to the mountains is the sentence. The culprit, with no lateness, is forced to abandon the citadel. From now on he will be a wanderer, until his path to the highest of the summits brings himself redemption and his honor back.
2.
The vale is covered by golden fields and emerald grass. A last bastion separating the summer citadel from the imposing mountains. At the end of the vale, a stone bridge brings a last sight of home before the wanderer begins the ascent.
3.
With erratic steps and loads of bottles and bags hanging from his back, an old alchemist walks during a short stretch with the wanderer. His growly voice and his drunken speech made his tales even more fabulous.
4.
Hunted by hunger and with no provisions left, the wanderer abandons the path to get into the hunting grounds of the highlands. The task will not be easy, as he will soon discover he is not the only predator seeking a prey.
5.
The Blizzard 05:20
The sky starts darkening and a blizzard falls on the land. A small hut in the outskirts of a forest appears to be the only shelter. The wind is bone-chilling and the storm becomes voracious. The wanderer runs.
6.
The wanderer opens his eyes next to small fireplace. A mysterious woman recites spells mashing herbs in a mortar. She smiles at him, and the wanderer falls asleep again.
7.
A colossal forest surrounds the summit. Enormous trees prevent any ray of sunlight from reaching the ground, and the path seems to twist and turn around at every step of the wanderer. No signs. No marks. The forest is confusing, and the only way out is to keep ascending.
8.
A diffuse horseman in a silver armor appears in the distance. The wanderer cannot recognize the rider, but his words are heartening and his voice replenishes his will with new might.
9.
The last stretch is the hardest. The wanderer penetrates into the clouds in his final ascension to the summit. There is only fog and snow around him, until he finds a stone arch opening a path. The ruins of a city and all it secrets, sunken in the mist long time ago.
10.
The wanderer feels the warmth of light on his face. A sea of fog extends below him, and the wind seem to whistle victory songs from his homeland. He might no longer be a wanderer. To go back - or to walk forth. A new resolution is to be made.

about
